2.4 Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of trust888 or its affiliated game providers are not eligible to participate as Members.

3.3 trust888 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Malaysian IC) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or account limits increased. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your trust888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 All activities conducted through your trust888 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.

5.1 All deposits to trust888 are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without notice.

5.3 Deposits to trust888 are generally credited instantly for eWallet methods (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and within minutes for FPX bank transfers. trust888 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your banking institution.
5.4 Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are used solely to facilitate gaming transactions for Members. trust888 does not use Member funds for operational expenses.
5.5 trust888 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to make a deposit. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's own name may be refused and returned.
6.1 Withdrawal requests from trust888 are processed in MYR to the same payment method used by the Member for their most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by trust888 at its sole discretion.
6.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
6.3 Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified trust888 accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times for unverified or partially verified accounts may be longer pending document review.
6.4 Trust888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.5 Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved, unless the Member chooses to forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.
7.1 trust888 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 trust888 reserves the right to void or reverse any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, in breach of these Terms, or in circumstances involving a system or data error. Members will be notified if a bet is voided and the staked amount returned to the account.
8.3 Maximum bet limits apply across all products. These limits may vary by event, game, market, and Member account tier. trust888 reserves the right to adjust individual Member bet limits at its sole discretion.
8.4 By placing a bet on trust888, you confirm that you are not in possession of any non-public, price-sensitive information relating to the event being wagered upon.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the trust888 Platform:

13.2 Upon account closure initiated by the Member, any valid account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after completion of any pending investigations.
13.3 Accounts that have been permanently suspended for breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited at trust888's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.
14.1 The trust888 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trust888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.2 trust888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of gaming sessions due to technical failure; or any unauthorised access to your account that was not caused by trust888's negligence.
14.3 trust888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit trust888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the jurisdiction of trust888's licensing authority.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and trust888 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through trust888's internal customer support escalation process.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter to trust888's licensing authority through the official dispute resolution process maintained by that authority.
16.1 trust888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
